Hosting and technical providers
ئینفۆکیت does not run on its own machines. The database, published files and members' sign-in messages are hosted in France; any processing that leaves that setting is identified below. Each provider's full address and terms are on its own site.

Responsibility for published information
ئینفۆکیت gathers and presents information produced by organisations that exist outside the platform. It decides no eligibility, issues no legal decision and does not replace direct contact with the organisation concerned.
- Information is published or confirmed directly by the organisations responsible for the services it describes.
- Every page names the organisation responsible and shows when the information was last verified.
- When a service's safety, confidentiality or capacity requires it, its exact address may not be shown publicly. Access arrangements are then given directly by the organisation responsible.
- Opening hours and availability can change after publication: confirm with the organisation before travelling.
Report an error or ask for a correction
If something is wrong, out of date or risky for the person who would act on it, write to the publisher and name the page concerned. The correction is made with the organisation responsible, then published to the website and the apps at the same time. No account is needed to report an error.
Intellectual property
The software, visual identity and platform texts belong to the publisher. Published information remains the property of the organisation that wrote and approved it: ask that organisation before reusing it. Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence) and the satellite view from Esri and its suppliers.
